By far, Claire's coolest Birthday present came from her awesome "uncle" Gerald.  The pink fantasy flyer is just amazing.  The propeller spins when its pedaled.  Claire doesn't have the coordination and long legs to do that quite yet, but she absolutely loves her little airplane.  Thank you thank you thank you Gerald and Wayne!!

We had a great time at the apple orchard.  We went on a hay ride, saw lots of funky chickens plus goats and pigs and cows.  Of course we come home with a big bag full of apples!  Bring on the pie!

The last swinging excursion without a snowsuit?  Check out Mom's latest knitting project- the jester hat.  Claire no longer likes to keep it on her head.  Sometimes she pulls it off, sometimes she pulls it over here eyes and zones out in the car and sometimes she pulls it over her eyes and screams and cries like someone turned the lights out and she doesn't know how to turn them on!
